Reviews and Ratings
I found the hotel to be a solid choice for a convenient stay near the Heineken museum. The rooms were comfortable, and the location was excellent, close to everything we wanted to see in Amsterdam. The service was decent, but could use some improvement. The dining experience was satisfactory, with room for enhancement in portion sizes. Despite minor flaws, it offered good value for the money.
The hotel is in a calm neighborhood in the city center, near the Heineken Experience Museum, making it easy to access the tram station for lazy travelers. The rooms, just like in the pictures with comfortable bunk beds, offer a great stay with showers and included breakfast. The service, although not overly professional, was helpful with housekeeping and tours/ticket assistance. The dining provided classic dishes but could have bigger portions. Overall, a convenient and value-for-money choice with access to the nearby attractions and facilities.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The location was perfect, right in the city center near the Heineken Experience Museum, and the area was great. However, the room had dead bugs on the bed, which was disappointing, and the service was not as professional as expected. The breakfast included both ham and cheese but the portions could have been bigger. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel facilities were good.
